No, TikTok Shop is not available in Switzerland as of July 2026, and TikTok has not announced a Swiss launch. The June 2026 European expansion added Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland, taking Europe to 10 live markets, and every one of them is in the EU or the UK. Is TikTok Shop available in Switzerland 2026?
No. There is no Swiss TikTok Shop, no local checkout and no Switzerland option in Seller Center. Swiss digital agencies confirm the integrated shop has not arrived in Switzerland, and Swiss commerce analysts were still writing about TikTok Shop as a hypothetical for the Swiss market in May 2026.
The contrast with the rest of Europe is sharp. On 15 June 2026, TikTok Shop went live in Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands and Poland, joining the UK, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Spain. That is 10 European markets. Switzerland is not one of them.
Why was Switzerland left out of the 2026 expansion?
Switzerland is not an EU member, and that matters more than market size. TikTok's European commerce build is EU-shaped:
The new Sell Across Europe feature is explicitly an intra-EU service. One EU shop can localise listings and ship to other EU markets. Switzerland sits outside it by definition.
EU sellers operate under one VAT framework with the One Stop Shop scheme. Switzerland runs its own VAT system at 8.1%, the standard Swiss rate since January 2024.
Every parcel crossing the Swiss border is a customs event, with import VAT and duty handling that intra-EU shipments avoid.
There is no EU entity passporting into Switzerland. A compliant EU seller setup does not automatically satisfy Swiss requirements, and vice versa.

When will TikTok Shop launch in Switzerland?
TikTok has not announced anything. No date, no waitlist, no registration page. Based on the current roadmap, the Nordics appear ahead of Switzerland in the queue: Sweden is widely expected next, and we track that in our Sweden launch tracker, with Denmark behind it. A realistic Swiss scenario is 2027 or later, and that is our reading of the pattern, not a platform statement.
What can Swiss brands do right now?
